Every February, the leaders of Aramark convene in Philadelphia for their annual Lead Summit—a dynamic gathering focused on leadership development, collaboration, and emerging industry trends. This marked my second year working the event, and each time it truly feels less like a corporate function and more like a family reunion.

There’s a shared energy, trust, and sense of purpose that makes documenting this summit especially meaningful. Capturing moments of connection, growth, and inspiration at this scale is both an honor and a responsibility—one I don’t take lightly.
